What If Branding Could Make You Hungry?
Updated: Sep 14
How do you make a brand look so good that people start craving the food?
The goal for Kissushi was simple: make people hungry.
Sushi is naturally visual — vibrant colors, fresh ingredients, and beautiful textures. I wanted the brand to amplify that appetite rather than compete with it.

Designing for craving
I explored a bold, pop-art-inspired direction with bright colors, playful graphics, and oversized food imagery.
The idea was to make the food feel fresh, energetic, and almost impossible to ignore.
Color creates energy. Photography creates appetite. Graphics create personality.
Together, they turn the brand into more than a restaurant identity — they create a visual experience that makes you want to take a bite.
Beyond the logo
I built the identity as a flexible visual system that could work across packaging, posters, menus, and promotional materials.
The challenge was finding the balance between bold branding and delicious food.
The graphics get your attention.
The food makes you hungry.
See it. Crave it. Eat it.
